Champagne Voirin Jumel – Brut - Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru
This Champagne is exclusively composed of Chardonnay. This sole grape of the Cote des Blancs, gives the Champagne floral aromas and great delicacy much appreciated by experts. Made from a blend of the 2004 and 2003 harvests with persistent fine bubbles. It is best served as an aperitif. Rewarded by the Hachette book in 2006: Victor Pugatschew is one of the most experienced, well respected and knowledgeable Champagne exporters. Champagne Evangelist, he champions the small grower and as such is well liked and respected amongst France’s small vineyard owners. He comments: "A seductive nose where there is a mix of hawthorn and citrus aromas, caramel and a mineral touch.
